Has yoga helped anyone who is stressed out, fatigued, overweight, in pain or depressed? 😪😥😩

I've been using yoga once a month to help with my hip rotator rehab/re-education.  I've learned some very useful techniques in how to retrain my body to work in a better and stronger pattern and to train myself with better balance techniques which has translated to my skating training.

I go to the gym and they have yoga classes a few times a week. I'd like to give it a try. I think it will help with stress and reducing pain  which will help in losing weight and feeling better and more flexible

Thanks for the site.  I'll check it out.  I'm getting back into it.  I was into yoga in high school and have recently pulled out my books and searched to find the teacher from the TV show I watched them is still alive and well.   :) :peace:
