I never got my check

I cashed out for Jan and was approved. It says was sent February 20th and it is March 9th and I still have no check.

I have sent two messages and not gotten any response.

The check thing tracker shows it never left.

I have never requested check before, I always do paypal, I recommend signing up for that. I know its a lot quicker than check from things i have read on here and you don't risk it getting lost in the mail. Maybe someone else who receives a check can give you more insight, but i've never had an issue with paypal.

I always do paypal, it is faster and easier. I hope you find your check

I appreciate you posting this. I have not cashed out for anything yet but am looking to hopefully cash out at the end of the month and see that people have suggested paypal. How long does it usually take for you to get your paypal money?

I always did Paypal in the begining. But I closed my other bank accont that was connected to the paypal I had here
and I could not process the payment without that.

So I did the check which i did way back in the past. And its one thing to not get it but to have no response at all.

I have cahsed out of Fusion Cash maybe like 6 times in 4 years and this was the first time that i didn't get my money.

I have no clue what is the problem

I will its just the first ticket I sent was on Feb 28th and today in March 10th so hopefully someone can reply

I requested a check the first time that I cashed out a few years back and received it without any problem but other members have posted about having some problems with the mail. After my first cash out, I had my money sent to PayPal and never had a problem.

I suggest any new members reading this have money sent to PayPal or do Direct Deposit.

I hope that support will answer you soon. All i can suggest is opening another support ticket. I have always gotten a response back.

I receive my money either the 19th of the month or the 20th with paypal. November and December I received it the 20th, January I received it the 19th. I did not have a cashout for February but am expecting payment for March

The tracker is always a bit delayed. Where do you live? My checked mailed on 2/20 also and I received on 2/24

It's always by the 20th but usually comes a couple days earlier. I think I've only been paid on the 20th once or twice out of 35 payments.

Sorry to hear you did not get your check. If your ticket was sent on Feb. 28, I would give it a little more time. I am sure you will get an answer soon. Maybe you can get back to using PayPal, which is the best way to go.

Yup, support ticket may be your best bet.  THey will know more on how to help you than posters.  They can access stuff we cannot.  Hope you get it soon.
