I was taking vitamin D but stopped, thought my diet was enough. But so many of the other medications take away the vitamins from my body. so I will be taking them again.

I get a prescription from the doctor for the 50,000 strength once a week. The insurance doesn't pay on it, but www.goodrx.com does!

Go to Costco.  They have a lot of vitamin there.  Find out whatever brand it fit you.

I use to get Nature Made, then anything that was generally on sale, but I have taken Vitamin D out of my list of vitamins and supplements as I'm just taking too many nowadays. I try to meet my requirements through sun (but minimalize this) and through the food I eat.

I purchase my vitamin D at Walmart and use the Spring Valley brand.  They are easy to swallow.  :)
