What do you drink in the morning?

I too mostly have a coffee in the mornings or just drink water.

I have an Atkins shake to wash down all my vitamins and then force down a bottle of water.

I have a cup of hot tea with my hubby every morning before he heads off to work he drinks his coffee all day I usually only have tea

Usually a couple cups of coffee. A few bottles of water. A diet pepsi at lunch, more water.

I try to only drink water but sometimes I drink cokes or juices.

I have around four cups of coffee a day due to the size of my coffee cup.  i tend to get up at 4 am with my husband before he leaves for work so i drink one then and around 9 i have my second.  have to have enough energy to keep up with my 2 year old.

I usually have a mello yellow when I get to work to get the engines firing on all cylinders.  Sometimes I will have coffee tho too.
