my hubby goes to a private eye doc, but i usually just go to sears eye care when i have the money

this last time i got glasses i went to lenscrafters and just love my glasses very stylish and reasonably priced !!

We have an optometrist office here in our small town.  Private business.

It is handy to go to my own town especially when I just need an adjustment.

I buy from a local optometrist and after insurance only end up paying $35 for exam, name brand glasses and extras to the lenses

I go to our local ma and pa shop in town. Cost more but im supporting my community.

I normally purchase my eyeglasses at Walmart.  The Walmart I make my eyeglass purchase at has a friendly staff and the glasses are reasonably priced and good quality.

I've gone to many local places and a few out of town places over the years  never seem to go back to any one of them    usually try someone new.

I always go to Walmart for my exam, but the only place I buy my glasses is through eyebuydirect.com, they are so cheap and sometimes run sales of buy one get one free, actually they are running that sale right now for 3 days. And they have some really nice glasses, including all of the name brands. When I order, I usually get 4 pair for $60. Which I really need since I lose them or step on them way too often. LOL

Usually get them from my eye doc but they are very expensive .. no vision insurance.

My sister got her prescription sun glasses at Sam's club and is very happy with them.

I may just take my prescription to Walmart the next time .. got to get a better price than the eye doc

I got my glasses from my eye doctor, but next time I may try Walmart to save money.

I go to a private doctor that I have been going to for years - partly because I have other eye/medical related issues.  I know I pay more for them but I just feel better about it.  I went one time years ago to a cut rate place and the prescription was completely wrong.  Luckily my insurance at the time let me return them and go back to my regular doctor.
