I love a good buffet, but a person tends to over eat at them, and I really have to watch my salt intake. So the first thing I do is ask if they use mso, and if they do I will only eat salads (greens and fresh) the chinaise  places use a lot of mso in theirs.  I usually make a plate of salad and then have my veggies and entrée. skip desserts.

Yes, once in a while I'll go to a all you can eat buffet.  You get your $$$$$'s worth.

You think Golden Corral is a bit pricey? Where do you usually eat out?

I love a good buffet. I usually skip a meal on the days I go because I know I'll end up eating enough for two meals

I love buffets!  The problem is that I always try and eat my money's worth which leaves me useless for about two days!  I was in Florida last weekend, getting ready to watch the Super Bowl with my son, and the bar/restaurant said that the were running a special in one of the upstairs party rooms: All you can eat Alaskan Snow Crab Legs, Buffalo Wings, Sliders, Peel and Eat shrimp, Fajitas, Beer and soda for thirty five dollars a person. I think that my son and I managed to eat fifteen pounds of crab legs, two sliders, four buffalo wings, a dozen peel and eat shrimp and I had about eight beers (we were staying at the hotel next door)...I would say that we got our money's worth.

I love buffets but then I gross myself out by thinking about how much people have probably spit on all of it as there talking and walking through the line.

It depends on the buffet, some are better than others.

I try to stay away from buffets unless I'm with a group of people, but I do live Golden Corral, pizza and chinese restaurants.

The best buffets are in Las Vegas such as the Belagio and Ceasars Palace.  Food is truly awesome!!

I like to go to buffet restaurants, but I haven't been in a while. One of my my favorites is about 25-30 minutes away, so I don't get to go that often. It's still worth it though.
