Having a career at home

Having a career at home is one of the best feelings. I'm writing, and doing different things for a career at home now!

It's always good to see other people prosper... Working at home is always a dream job... Maybe not for everyone but at least for me.... You get to take breaks.. Walk around.. Spend more time with the family.. You know.. anything you normally do at home :)..

So you said you were Writing.. As in writing a book? Jouralist? What is it exactly that you are writing?

That is wonderful.  I work here at home too, but at the moment I'm not making too much $$.  I love to write, but I don't think I'm good enough to write for a magazine or create a book, although I do want to put my Mother's and Uncle's story into a book form so my daughter can go through it when I'm gone.

I haven't gotten the confidence to take the plunge. I still want to work from home, but can't justify the start-up cost. Is it just another scam. I will still be looking at becoming an agent. I think that it is safe . I am still looking at data entry, but nothing yet. BMaston12

I am sorry but I wouldn't do it for what I have learned in the past. I wish you a better time with your career at home.

Thats so cool you have found something you can do at home and are satisfied with it. I wish I could say the same. Maybe it will turn around someday though.

I agree having your own home based business.  It gets murky at times, but I persevere.

That is really cool, I wish I can find something that I can do at home. Something that I can make money to help the bills.

I don't exactly work from home, but I kinda do! I'm a housewife. I left my career behind about 10 years ago to have my family after spending 19 years in business. I've always had at the back of my mind that at some point, I may return to the workplace, but having spend the last 10 years at home I still feel I'm not ready. I love being at home, doing the washing, washing up, making dinner, finances, helping the kids with their homework. It's hard work but it's the best job in the world.

Being a full time mother is a great job.  I am now looking for more things to do at home.

Best thing about working at home is in the morning you get to take your time getting ready, if you even do.  Also, not having to waste your life driving in traffic to get to your job.

Congratulations on succeeding in your home career !  :)
