clearance items in kroger

Do you ever buy clearance/Mark down  items from krogers. They had and or still have great items marked down.
We found zyrtec medicine for $2.99, large hershey bars with expiration date of 8/2015 for $1.00 and a lot of other items.

no I don't shop at Kroger

yes I do. I am at a Kroger based store at least 4 days a week and I am always looking for the bargains.

I use to always find clearance items at kroger.. I really do love that store...They have good sales and good deals.. I always raided their bread rack because after holidays they would put the holiday cookies on the bread rack i always loved getting them for 50 cents or so.. for a whole case of cookies.. .. I never tried medicine on a clearance because i'm not a big medicine person.. I would make sure that someone didn't get into the package before buying anything like that on clearance because sometimes that's why they are on clearance.... Sometimes they put em out there like that because they are making way for another batch... of them... Woot

wish we had a Kroger on my end of town.  ours is on the other end and not worth the gas it takes to get there.  I agree Kroger is a very go store so when I am on  that end of town I try and stop and pick up some things .  I also shop the clearance items and find some good deals !!!   Maybe one day we can get one on our end

But here Kroger's is Ralphs.   I love the marked down salad kits because we eat them that day or the next & they are a great deal, 99 cents.   Love those manager discounts & it's fortunate that Ralphs is within walking distance from my house.

When there was a Kroger or any store, I buy the clearance items... silly to spend money when you don't have to...

We do too, its always nice to save some money everyday.

We buy meat at Kroger if its on clearance sale and vacuum seal it, so it will stay fresh longer.

It depends on the item. Some items are marked down for a reason

I have seen the mark-downs. They are a good deal, but I don't use some of those products. I do love to shop for bargains, though. Wherever I find them, I use them. Got to save every penny nowadays.BMaston12

I love Kroger and I wish I had one near where I am now. They do mark things down.

Those are great deals, We don't have a Kroger here, but i think that Food's Co here carries Kroger items.
