Surveys Not Loading?

Is anyone else having problems getting surveys to load?

I click on a survey on the FC page, answer/hit save on the FC question(s), then wait to be redirected to the survey, but it just sits there doing nothing. After 5 mins, I closed the window and tried a different survey... same deal, 4 different surveys.

Sometimes the survey appear but in fact it is not available
