I've seen the glasses to do this with and was interested in trying it out.  I don't like lemon water, but was curious if I would like something else.

I have been doing research for days on infused water and recipes and the benefits of drinking them. Has anyone ever tried it? If so did you see any results from drinking it?
I do not do this. I like my fruit and water separate.

I think it is a fad designed to make up for the pop we're not drinking so much of and to sell more bottled water products for a lot more money.  I just like my water straight up and have never been much on drinking fruit drinks except those I make myself.....in the summer I mash up berries and add a little sugar or honey to my water for a change since I drink so much water in the summer.

i love doing fruit infused waters to get alittle bit of a change up from just plain old water.  i think its a great way to add flavor without adding sugars

"Fruit infused water" sounds an awful lot like a fancy misdirection for "juice." hahaha Juice is quite often mixed with water, even more so if it's from concentrate.  ;)

I have been drinking water with lemons, cucumber and mint.  I started noticing that my skin has started to clear up a bit. Digestive system is good. Can't remember much of its benefits

I haven't tried it. But I would if someone made it. Seems to be healthy and would be a nice change from plain water.

I have a special water bottle to make infused water, but I haven't used it yet.

They are pretty good to have, but I'd rather just have plain water and eat the fruits instead.

since my last post Ive actually started doing this, I googled infused water recipes, and came up with a nice site, www. infusedwaters .com (take out the spaces) and have been playing around with some of those

I dont use as much fruit as they do, I went to dollar tree, bought some cheap bags of frozen mango, blueberry and strawberries and add a piece of fruit or two to a glass of water, I also have a tall container that I make an infused water and leave it in the fridge for my next glass of water

I think you can add nutrients and flavors to the water you drink.

I always have a small pitcher of water in the fridge with some kind of fruit thrown into the water.  right now its strawberries.  tomorrow it might be raspberries.  I hate just plain water so I have to throw something in it  :)
