Everyone wants that. If you find a way, do feel free to share!
OK, well, if you want my opinion, even though I've not succeeded myself, here it is:
First, you almost certainly won't do that here. Sorry to say, maybe people like oldbuddy with thousands of referrals do. But it's not a quick process. Most people are happy for $25 a month, usually only working an hour a day for the month, but that's still lower than minimum wage.
I've heard you can do better doing blogs or writing+selling articles for blogs. Dunno how much better for the time, I'm not much of a writer myself.
If you have skills, you could also do 'real' working from home things. Not the scam ones like assembling products
Nothing that makes you pay them first. Stuff like accounting, transcription, heck voice acting? lol Think outside the box stuff. Fiverr might give you ideas to start from.
Or maybe learn a new skill? Coders and designers can make good money, if you get good enough. Again, not a quick way, if you don't already know how to do it, but a lot of it can be done at home. A lot of it can be done with free programs, and there's a lot of free tutorials.
Also, teaching might be the way to go as well. For example, I've heard you can sign up to teach online classes through webcam and microphone, mainly things like languages but there's probably other stuff out there if you just look. Maybe even just doing the youtube thing, paired with a website, can be viable for you? Like showing how to do a craft, with a link to buy said finished craft or the materials to make it? I dunno, just spit-balling here.
You can probably do that in person too, setting up a class where you teach a craft or baking or candlestick making, or whatever something.
Assuming you don't mind people in your home or you live near a park or community center where you can hold a class.
So yeah, maybe go the part time job route? If not a night job when baby is asleep or at school, then maybe at home crafts, babysitting other people's children or animals, teaching an instrument, housecleaning, ebaying stuff you pick up cheap from yard sales?
Well, those are my suggestions anyways. I don't have kids myself, so I mainly do the job routine, and the online stuff is just for frivolous expenditures, so I'm not terribly motivated.
Maybe other people will post with their own ideas! Or stories of their own experiences (successes and failures).
