Not getting FC daily emails again

Tried "signing up" again but no go. Still not getting any. This is ongoing since 12/25.

Anyone else having the same problem?

Update: Just went into my account  It stated that I am not receiving any emails and to check my email address to make sure it's correct. It's correct. So why would I be having a problem?  I'm getting emails from friends, family, and other sites I'm signed up with...doesn't make sense.

Tried to "update" my email address and I got this message:
That email address is not valid. When we attempted delivery to it, the error returned was: Persistent Transient Failure (Email Address Unreachable / Non Existent). Please choose a different address.

I can't choose a different email address because I don't have one. I'm not having a problem signing in to FC, so now I'm really confused!

Would it be possible to set up another email account? It may be an issue with your email provider if the emails aren't making it to your inbox. I hope you can get this figured out. Have you sent a ticket to support to see if they can help you?

I'm getting FC survey emails. I sent a ticket to support and they stated to give them a day to fix the problem...that was on the 3rd. They closed the ticket. I tried today but nothing. I tried signing up for the daily email again. Tells me i need to confirm my subscription and they sent an email. I didn't get it. I went to another tab and it tells me I need to subscribe.

I opened another ticket. Better get this figured out. I don't need to be losing what little I make on here. Why the surveys come through but not the daily emails confuses me, as does the site telling me to subscribe and confirm.

FC support does have an annoying tendency to prematurely close tickets.   :-\

Did you try signing up for them again?

Have you checked your "spam" folders within your email?  If not, why not create a new email address with someone like gmail and use it just for your Fusion Cash stuff?  You can always change your email address after logging in to Fusion Cash.

I really cannot add anything to the posts you have already received.

But, do check your spam folder. I had one there and I have no
idea why, since I have been using the same email address.

I had the exact same issue. It's not a problem with the email going to SPAM, it's a problem in that whatever mailing list provider is sending the daily emails, it is being rejected by certain people's email providers for some reason. So far the email providers I've seen being mentioned are GMX and RCN.

I resolved it myself by just changing my FC account email over to another Yahoo account I use.

I still get mine everyday.it sounds like a good idea to just make up another email address and then it should work

Does sound strange. I have had a problem 2 or 3 times with the daily emails and every time they were going to the spam folder again.
Since you say again I assume that you have received them in the past. If you are using a client like outlook or thunderbird
to get emails don't check that spam folder, go online and check the online version of the SPAM folder.
