No i don't make them at all.  Daily I tell myself to let go of some petty thing that is bugging me and I picture letting it go like a balloon.   Sometimes I succeed and sometimes I don't; but I resolve daily to try.

I don't make resolutions. They don't work for most people because they're not specific enough. I have decided to write some specific goals for this year, next year, in five years, etc., but I don't call them resolutions.

Like others have already mentioned, I try my best not to make New Year's resolutions. I never keep them, so it seems pointless to me. However, I do make goals for myself throughout the year.

My New Year's Resolution was to keep breathing.  It's been difficult and I really wish this year could just jump to the next because it's been THAT bad so far....but, one breath at a time.
