I agree with most here like the keep your self busy and also it is a good idea to focus on improving some things about you that you may not have had enough time with focusing on your relationship. Sometimes its a lot of work and you tend to forget about you. Enjoy your single time by doing a lot of different things that you may not have been able to do or forgot about.

You should try doing activities to keep you busy. When you're doing fun things that are keeping you busy then you would forget about that person. Just don't sit at home alone, sulking. Don't feel sorry for yourself. You can do it.

Keep busy. Try to do things that will better you. Honestly I am the type of person who has always had it hard when it comes to break ups. Never could handle it as well as most people. But keeping busy with hobbies and activities definitely helps. Good luck!
