The dollar stores have fun stuff.  I'm not too good for dollar store items.  I like that co-worker idea.  You could throw a fun party with a dollar store gift exchange.  Anything to spread JOY.  :present:

Sometimes there are things at the dollar store that are worth considerably more than a dollar, but are overstock or close to the expiration date from "regular" stores.   Like right now, they have ReBody PreWorkout pills that usually sell for $29.99, that would be a great gift if you/they workout.   :)

Me personally would not care. It's the thought that counts. But I would prefer no one spend money on me. I love the homemade  gifts that don't cost a dime.

It wouldn't matter to me because they took the time to find something for me.  particularly if they thought It was something I nneded or wanted :peace: :santa: :santa:

No.  I would think it would have some type of sentimental value and I bet there are a lot of people who buy stocking stuffers there.

It's the thought that counts, so it doesn't matter where it comes from, as long as it comes from the heart!!!

I am just happy they thought of me. I have bought gifts at the dollar store myself to give to others

The thought is what counts. I have had some neat gifts from the dollar store, some were made even cuter by the children.  Now all of my nieces and nephews are growing up so much and I have ask them to use their money on the things they need as I have no more room for their presious gifts.

Not at all...I'm a firm believer of the thought that counts.  If someone takes time to get me something from anywhere, regardless of cost, I'm appreciative of being thought of!

Would you care if someone bought you a Christmas present from the Dollar store?

Probably not. It would likely depend on the situation, but for the most part I don't expect people to get me gifts so anything I receive is appreciated.
