Protein or snack bars

What protein or snacks bars do you like to eat? I  am eating a kroger brand sweet and salty almond bar and
it is pretty good. I also like atkins bars and weight watchers food bars.

We like Quest bar from the health food store more costly, better flavor.

neither i eat so many during my 4 year college experience that i don't like them any more.

Used to eat cereal and granola bars every day, sometimes twice a day, a few years ago but the flavor has just worn off for me.

One in a while I will eat a quacker oatmeal bar when I start to feel really used up on strength or fuel. Most of the time I am ok.  But they really give a a boost.

I eat the Kelloggs Special K bars sometimes.
