We used to recycle to fertilize the plants but we just seemed to stop and never started back

I drink tea several times a day, but have never thought about recycling the tea bags.  I'm not sure what to do with used tea bags.

I have heard that people do, but personally I don't.  It seems they would collect germs too much and that makes me nervous.

I put them in the compost pile, along with the coffee grounds.
That's the only way I recycle them.

I did some recycle, I put it in an empty cat litter bucket. I put a small hole in all side of it, I`,ll use this spring for my garden. I`m excited for the result.

It's rare but I do it occasionally.

How can you "recycle" them?  What else can you use them for?  I know coffee grounds are good to mix in with garden soil.  Used ones.

I used toput them in my garden. But now I don't have a garden, soI just throw them away. I believe in recycliing and will be recycling them when I get my own place again. They are also good for under the eyes. The smell does get overwhelming after an hour. BMaston12

Yes! I recycle tea bags and coffee grounds. I do not place them in the trash can. I flush all of them down the toilet. Let the water and Good Mother Nature take care of them.

Recycle or reuse?  Our recycling does not take tea bags.  I do reuse my single tea bags to get a second cup, then I put them in the compost bin.  :confused1:

I do not reuse the tea bags, I have to make do without and reuse a lot of stuff, so I guess this is my little treat.
