Is anyone having problems with PTC when getting to the coupon page?

For quite a while now (and with different browsers), I cannot see all the coupons. There's a vertical column of 5 or 6, then row 7 would be a horizontal row of 5-6, but that's it. I only see the top of the next row and if I go to page 2, it's the same thing. On the right, to the vertical rows of 5 or 6, it is totally blank.

I can't access the coupons that only show the top of the second horizontal row and clicking on page 2 gives coupons but not the ones that showed the tops of the coupons on the first page. I used to get coupons and it frustrates me.

I hope I'm making sense. Something like this:

I have not been having that problem but I have not tried to print any coupons lately since I don't ever find any that I would use.

I haven't had any problems with it, but I haven't been accessing any of the other pages either...do you have problems with it when you just go to the coupons section as opposed to the PTC area???

What coupon section? All I know is there are coupons (from coupons.com I think) under PTC and I've always gone there and never had trouble until a couple weeks ago. I like getting the coupons from FC/PTC because they used to load really nice. I haven't been able to print any since the pages went "screwy."

Are you using any type of ad blocker? That can cause only part of a screen to use correctly

coupon section is under the repeatable daily tab, usually on the last page..called the Coupon Center..

What coupon section? All I know is there are coupons (from coupons.com I think) under PTC and I've always gone there and never had trouble until a couple weeks ago. wow, sorry that you are having this problem but don't give up maybe they are working on a solution for you..in the mean time, if you are just looking for coupons, try The Krazy Coupon Lady, she has tons of sites including coupons.com.

I remember a while back my coupon page format in PTC changed, now I have a list of card-linked offers first and then the printable coupons under that...can that be the beginning of your problems? just a thought..

Yeah. That's part of the problem.

I did hear from support and they said to change my screen display to a higher resolution. I did that and there was no difference. I guess I'll just have to give up on the coupons. I do get notification when that site has new coupons, but it's such a pain because when you go to their site, they only give you 12-15 at a time out of over a hundred. Takes to long to go through them, plus I can't remember if you can click on specific ones like food, pet food, etc. I'm really disappointed at this.

If you have ad blocker, try disabling it to see if that works. Hopefully, this should solve the problem.
