Green Bean Casserole

One of the side dishes I am preparing for Thanksgiving is Green Bean Casserole.  That has to be one of the most popular and easiest side dishes for the holidays.  A classic.  I am looking forward to Thanksgiving dinner.

My aunt used to make this it was like her specialty (RIP).  I haven't had it in a long time.

I never had green bean casserole, it sounds like a delicious dish

I made that before but people didn't care for it.  I thought it was delicious!

I've heard a lot of good things about green bean casserole, but I've never had it. I should look up a good recipe and make some.

I make it every year, but honestly I'm not a fan of it!  I prefer cooking my green beans in a little red wine vinegar and garlic.  Perfecto!

Green bean casserole was one of the side dishes I made to take to my in-laws - it was a big hit.  I also baked a ham and my sons made homemade vanilla ice cream for the pies my sister-in-law made - it was a fun day with good fellowship and good food.
