problem with email

 up until 11/17/2014 I was recievinfg emials from fusion then a couple of days iago TI  went to home page there was a notice that my email address did not exist  i senta inquiry to help page now i cant access that page  i tried to post my email address with the site but it wont let me my email address has not changed i get apox. 100 emails a day at the same email address that fusion trells me doesnt  exist can you please advise me what to do thanks ricky51

there are times when I do not receive the daily email.  I just go under, 'more' in offers and sign up again.   I see you have been a member since way back in 2010..  I would put in a support ticket.

I have had that happen also.  I stop getting the emails then I go back in and sign up again.

 :) That is interesting because today that happened to me! The funny part was that I received several emails from them today. I even sent myself an email to make sure it was working! It's working fine, but they forced me to change my email, even if I didn't want to! The good thing was that I had a back up email, I also made sure that my preferences match because they didn't right after I changed it and I don't want any problems with my cash out.

Yesterday, I did not get my email, therefore, I re-signed for it.

I should have getting it this morning, but I did not.

I will sign again and see what happens.

I didn't get one today either.  I never have tried re-signing up before.  I have missed getting emails a few times but they've always started back up without my having to do anything.  I hate to miss out on that $.02, but will wait a day or two to see what happens.  I'm afraid I will just make it worse if I try to sign up again.

This morning, I got my email.

I look in my spam folder and yesterday's email was there.
I have no idea why.

Anyway, it is back to normal.

That has happened to me as well and all i did to get my Fusion cash emails back was re sign up for the daily emails and i was right back going again with them.

Ive had to resign up many times. it must be a thing with them to delete emails occasionally to find out who really wants them.
