Do you have a few or a lot of friends you can trust at work?

I only work online, so I guess I have a lot.

I have a lot of friends but I cannot trust anyone. Business is business!

There are only about 3 people I work with that I trust to say something to and pretty much know it won't be repeated.  Most people like to gossip too much.

Since I was in management I never go involved with the people at work, that way I never had to be involved with their scrabbles . Except for 2 times. I met a lovely young woman at work in a different dept.  I thought so much of her that I invited her to go with us to a dance and introduced her to my late son. Lo and behold a few months later their were married. She was like a daughter to me and to this day even though she has married again after 12 years I still do. Love her new husband also. I call him my proxy son. The other time I let another employee talk me into going out to dinner to meet a friend of his and yep we have been married 21 years. Other then that I have never mixed business with pleasure.

That's interesting lol...I have a few friends I can trust, but it's hard....everyone is so focused on themselves...

I'm the boss, so it is hard to have close friends at work.  There are a few folks that I am close to as I have worked with them for 15+ years.
