I'm just going a few miles away to my brother's house this year. We never travel far for Thanksgiving, since most of our family lives within an hour of us.

In years past I've always made it a point to stay home for Thanksgiving with my kids.  No traveling for us as we've traveled enough through the years for all other occasions.  This year however due to a part time job... I'm not sure if I'm even working or not?

No we don't.  We usually stay at home and celebrate together.

I will stay at home for Thanksgiving and share the day with our neighbors.  My family is too far away to consider traveling for the holidays.

My family is going to a cousin's house this year, which is over an hour's drive. This is going to be a potluck style with about 30 members this year. I am excited.

The only traveling I'll be doing this Thanksgiving is picking my mother up from the nursing home and bringing her to my home for dinner and then taking her back later in the day.  The nursing home is only 8 miles from my home.
