I dont feel sorry for Kate at all. I watched the show a couple of times just to get a clue about what people were talking about and im sorry but she acted like she completely hated Jon. One episode i watched she completely flipped out at john for not using a 20 cent coupon and barraged him with insults for about 10 minutes. I think she bought alot of it on her self. If you treat your husband with the same respect you have for the dog then you cant be surprised if he goes elsewhere

Honestly I dont know. The media is having a field day with this story though. And honestly they are trying to make it seem like both parents are some sort of monsters in the end.
Its sad they ended their relationship, and the fact that all of america gets to see the ups and downs of this.

I think the whole situation is pathetic. I don't understand why they would want their children in the spotlight like that anyway. It seems wrong to exploit your kids for the almighty dollar.

I think Jon is in a mid-life crisis. Maybe getting overwhelmed with so many kids. I was watching it right now and Jate was trying so hard to keep their marriage good and it seemed like he just wasn't interested.... Obviously... but I think a lot of it has to do with their lives revolved around 8 children. Maybe he wasn't ready... IDK

actually, i feel bad for both of them... and especially the kids. i don't care anymore who cheated on whom... i just hope the kids get some therapy or something because what they're going through is really traumatic considering their developmental stage as children. And maybe... hopefully... Jon and Kate plus 8 stops airing so the family can get themselves together without the camera

i feel bad for kate tho she has all those children

yet u rarely hear about jon having much time with them as kate does

I use to love this show when it first started, but now it's so fake. It makes me sad :-(

I never got ino the show....i think both the husband and wife are to blame 50/50.

I think that these people shouldn't have been given the opportunity to exploit their children in the first place.  This kind of thing is what spawned the "Octomom" to try to punch out as many babies as SHE could to get money for it.  What a sad case this is....  Poor kids will probably never be normal.

All of these shows are designed to be entertainment.  Real life is not that interesting or fast moving.  These shows are very loosely based on reality.  What little reality is present is exaggerated and the participants are coached for audience appeal/story line and ratings.
