I always have problems loading these. I changed the settings on my computer and I still can't get it to load. I know I got in at least once before. Is anyone else having problems with this site?

I enjoy the virtual shopping surveys. I use both Firefox and Google Chrome.
I haven't had any problems with loading these.

I usually have no problem but it just froze today. I couldn't get past the initial store popping up

I have a lot of trouble with those so I avoid them. I wish I didn't have so many technical issues with them.

I'm not having any trouble with them. I did one today and received my credit. Hope you get it figured out.

I have never completed one of these.  I have pre-qualifed for 2 of them, but when I load the app,  the virtual survey page never loads.  The app does get downloaded though, because both times, I uninstalled it after the survey never loaded.  Is it because I am using a windows 8 laptop?  Should I try it on my windows vista desktop?  I would really like to do one of these surveys,. They sound colorful, fun  and interesting!

You might want to try to do it on another browser before you switch computers. I usually have less problems doing things like that on Chrome. It'll cause Firefox to freeze up on me if I have any other tabs open
