I think that it is awful!!!!  No one has the right to play god and decide if someone lives or fies.  That is not what we are supposed to do.  You need to think about the fact that he wasnt just Micheal Jackson the star.... he was someones son.... someones father.... That is just not right.  Judge not lest ye be judged.....

I haven't heard that either.  Did he give him the meds with the intention of killing him???  If not, then how is that right?  If that's the case, should every doctor who prescribes a pain pill be charged if that person abuses the pain pills???  I'm not saying the doctor is innocent in this, but he's surely not to fully blame.  Michael Jackson was a human with a mind of his own and he chose to go back over and over for his meds.   ???

For one, pain is not a choice.

For two, if he was addicted (I think it's a fair assumption to say he was), it's not some random choice.  You don't wake up every day and think "well, I kinda want some drugs, but I don't really...hell let's go get them!"  Hopefully that's not how you envision drug addiction -.-

They are investigating the doctor nothing is offfcial yet.  I am sitting here with the news on right now and they are talking about.  You should listen to teh whole story before passing along info that is inaccurate.

heres the thing the dr wasnt playing god ..... michael jackson has had all of those surgerys and had grown addicted to the comotase state meds that in the end the dr was giving him and instead of chancing heart failure or extreeem with draw the dr was giving it to him in small doses so. maybe the whole sinario should be re thought.

I think the poor doctor has been the scapegoat all along. I really think MJ did it to himself so he could go out like Elvis. I think he figured if he did his name would be more of a musical legacy opposed to a child molester! I know he was found to be innocent, but so was OJ the first time around.

so if your critically injured but can be saved by a doctor, you'd rather the doctor let you die than to treat you?...

and if u do get said critical injury, do you decide whether to go to the hospital or not? cuz if you dont go, you die, but if u do go, you live. then ur "playing god".

doesnt make sense to me

I hope that they find the doctor, I heard he disappeared, and charge him.
