Football and thanksgiving is a tradition. Gotta be home with the family eating, laughing and watching sports.

Gotta support my Lions.  When I was growing up I was never really into football and then just one day I started watching it and am sorta hooked.  It's funny during Thanksgiving though cause we'll be hanging out with family and watching football and I'll just rattle off something and the guys in my family sorta pause before responding.  It's so fun.

No, I don't watch it, but my husband, son in law, and every male at our house for Thanksgiving is in the family room glued to the TV.

I always watch the Cowboys play on Turkey Day. It is a tradition in our family. Family members went to games at Texas Staduim, but that is all in the past now. We just watch the game at Mothers's. And stuff our guts!

Since the Lions are in the same division as my Vikes, I usually watch at least that game to see how the standings stack up.

I will be watching Texas A&M Aggies play LSU Tigers on television Thanksgiving evening.  However, I really miss the rivalry between the Aggies and Texas Longhorns when they used to play on Thanksgiving.

I usually watch whatever game my husband is excited about. We usually have to go to grandma's house to catch the game, however, we have upgraded our cable-so there's no telling what we will be watching.

It depends on whose house we are visiting. If we are at my uncle's house, the TV and the game  is on.
We have another neighbor we visit for holidays that doesn't care for the game. He doesn't want the distraction when he's cooking the Thanksgiving meal with his wife.

I don't normally watch it, but if someone who loves it is watching and will 'splain things I don't understand, I can dig it.  ???  You know, like how many innings are there left. Calm down.  :o I'm kidding, okay.

I do like seeing good plays. It's pretty exciting.  :star:

If a game is on. I don't mind football, but I don't seek out to watch it.

Yes, I do watch football on Thanksgiving and it would not be Thanksgiving without it and I do live near an NFL stadium, but who wants to go to a game when it's family time and so much to be Thankful for.
