Homemade or store bought

I definitely prefer homemade desserts, since I love to bake. But, if someone brings something that was store bought, I won't turn it down.

I love to make Turkey with all the trimmings on Thanksgiving (and Christmas) but one thing I'm not good at, is desserts! I can make a basic apple pie but anything more complicated, I have to purchase it. My favorite at Thanksgiving is of course, pumpkin pie with squirty cream. One thing I've never liked too much is cherry pie! Cherries just don't do it for me!

I do not celebrate the holiday, but I cook special food just like for those who celebrate holiday. Just because there is nice display in the stores
and yes, i am doing homemade, i want to try how to make those special food

gosh we all work so we buy pies and rolls and noodles and gravy  and stuffing cranberry jelly but make turkey  real potatoes simple desserts like angel pudding, cheesy green bean casserole, several appetizers, cheese rolls garlic butter seasoned butters fancy potatoe soup,

I love homemade desserts but usually don't have the time to make them so I do store bought.

My son is a dietician who should have been a chef, so I have to say homemade, I am sure his wife will agree, she has to eat gluten free, so he makes her the best tasting deserts that everyone will eat.

I prefer homemade but there is a few things I will buy from the store like my husbands pumpkin or pecan pies.

Homemade always the best kind.  Mine are New York cheesecake (which I make fruitless), Lemon Bars, and Coconut Custard pie all of which I make from scratch!  I can't wait to eat them!!!

I grew up with homemade baked goods. My mom is amazing when it comes to baking, so that's what I prefer.

I like both.  It just depends on who's cooking the homemade desserts and what type they are cooking.  Homemade and store bought desserts can be delicious. Thanksgiving and Christmas my family always has a variety of desserts both homemade and store bought.

i dont mind either way if asked i make my mint pie for dessert when i visit with friends
