Personally, I love Obama, I  think he is going to bring about some really good changes. My entire family voted for him during this election. He seems like he truly CARES about the people in this country, and thats very vital in being a good president.

NO HE DOESN'T CARE!!  He only wanted to be the first black president!  Have you heard the way he puts down our troops?!?!?!  No, I don't necessarily understand why we are still at war and I don't like it, but you don't put our men and women down for what they are doing when he HAS NEVER DONE IT!!!  He just wants us to look at him and for him to go into history... as if none of the others have!  He doesn't give a flying flip about our country.... I don't even believe that legally he should be president.... where is his Birth Certificate???  HE doesn't even know!!!  It's the signs of the end of the world!!!

I can honestly say that I voted for him and that I am really disappointed. I thought that he would be the lesser of the 2 evils between he and McCain. I know we have not given him a lot of time to bring the "change" he promised,  but it seems to me like things are only changing for the worst for us common folk. Men and women are still getting killled in Iraq. The bailout did nothing for my household or community. The energy bill got my husband laid off. We are no longer going to get tax credits for donations to charities, hence the food banks are bare. So he has done nothing to bring a good change to this country. I still reguard him as a well accomplished man. I respect his courage to run for President against all odds. I think he has a wonderful family. I just wish that he would watch some of his campaign tapes and remember the "Plumber Joe's" of the country.
You guys will probably laugh, but two weeks ago my friend and I went to a storage bin auction, as we do from time to time. We bought 2 bins. One of them was FILLED from floor to ceiling with Obama stuff. This is what we are calling OUR bailout. We have been selling this stuff like hotcakes! Just look at some of the online auction sites and you will know what I mean. ONE autographed book sold for OVER $3k just last week!

The Right seems to be full of a lot of anger these days.
The party was a lot more successful when it was about ideas. Like in '94. Fast forward to 2009 and we hear talk of birth certificates and Moon Landing conspiracies.

You must have despised Cheney and Bush A LOT, if this is your reasoning for not liking a certain Administration.  Because they actually DID remove freedoms and basically *bleep* on the Constitution pretty consistently.

It's alot of you guys out here talking bad about obama, but give the man a change. Bush was the one who mess the place up in the first place and obama's the one who have to clean his *bleep* up. And nothing happens over night. These is our first black president and all I hear is bad talk about the men, he need our support too. honestly, most people just follow the hype in the media and what they hear from other people. People in liberal areas (Bay Area for example) think of obama as a savior. Its because people there are mostly liberal, and influence the ideas of the people in that area. Hardly anyone ever actually looks up any of the stuff they hear. they just accept it and dont question it.
