I want to start meditating; I keep reading it's very productive in helping you maintain a mellow vibe and also in connecting spiritually.  I'm about to Google Simpleology.

My routine has been changing over the years, but I used to do meditation, Simpleology before I did anything else.

There were times in the past where I had to get my work out in before I did anything else.

Now, I'm trying to get back into meditation/Simpleology, walk dog, work out routine. When I'm consistent I have better more productive days...and my dogs are happier. :dog:

I pray, stretch, put on a pot of green tea, put a load of laundry on, take out meat for dinner, work out, shower and brush teeth, and then drink green tea while checking into my businesses.

Coffee first.  Well, actually I usually need to pee first (I know--more info than you wanted), and THEN I go for the coffee.

I get up brush my teeth and take a shower and dress. Take my medication and do a cup of mocca and take it to work with me. Sometime I do have the time to eat some cereal and sometime I don't.

Typically I get up between four thirty and  four forty five AM, walk the dogs for ten to fifteen minutes, make lunches and breakfast for the family for about thirty to forty minutes, take care of my daily e-mail/point to click/videos and a few other sites while having breakfast/coffee. I finish one hour of work for my night time job, drive my son to school and go to my day time job.  As soon as I have my nine to ten hours done on the day time job I head home to put seven to eight hours in at my night time job and then pass out for five to six hours. Saturdays and Sundays are special because I rarely work over sixteen hours and I get breaks to see the kid's sports and possibly a movie once a month.

The only thing I can think of is eating breakfast. Can't go without it. I'll usually eat cereal and if I don't have any, I'll fix myself a sandwich.

I was wondering about Steve....a policeman..first thing in the morning...really.  I like a nice cup of hot tea and toast.

I just have to get up and keep moving.  I take my shower right off and then go from there.
Have a wonderful day!
