First you need to define cheating.  I've had people say that if your guy hangs out with another girl that's cheating.  Now if you mean sleeping around after agreeing to be exclusive, then no, he's gone in my book.  If I can't trust you, then it isn't worth my time keeping you around in my life.  There are so many things we need to look out for nowadays that I want to be able to relax around the people I trust, not be guarded 100% of the time.
