What remedies or things do you do to ease your muscle pain?

I have always filled a nice warm tub with some epsom salts and soaked in it. It always seems to work pretty well.

I usually use a heating pad.
I just got on this stuff call Blue Emu.   I was skeptical about it really working, but it worked with no smell or fuss & really quick.  They sell it online, at Target & Walmart.      It's like Ben Gay, but no smell & works.   :)

I don't really do anything anymore. The most I really ever do anymore is to just get as much rest as I can to help promote complete relaxation of the muscles so they can recover and not sustain further damage which would make them take longer to heal and recover.

I usually use home grown or homemade medicines to help with muscle aches.

I am partial to a heating pad.  I also like Blue Emu.  As old as I am, I have never tried Epsom Salts.  I'll have to give that a try.

When I do get muscle aches, I sit in a hot tub with Epsom Salts. I notice that lots of you do that. Smart people!  :)

I also will use a heating pad and possibly an anti-inflammatory such as Advil. Pain cannot escape that kind of onslaught.

Of course, if you can afford a massage, that also can work wonders for sore muscles. And your therapist can target specific areas of pain. I am a huge advocate for massage.
