well my be that but a person have to be concerned with oneself before even thinking about others otherwise how can you help others when you can't help yourself. but if i did i would promote schools around the globe because knowledge is power to change ones life.

I would promote health care.  Everyone deserves good health care.  Also, everyone deserves food in their stomachs, and a roof over their head.
