Doctor shared with me that at my age I don't need multi vitamins, just continue to eat well, exercise and manage stress by taking relax my mind.

I have a natural multi-vitamin that I take each day, plus I also take magnesium supplements.  The magnesium I started a few years ago when I had chronic muscle spasms that would not stop - mostly due to my athletic activities.  I learned that older athletes and high performance athletes sometimes need to take magnesium and/or potassium supplements to help the muscles to relax properly if you body isn't getting enough through your diet to keep up with one's activity level.

I don't take the full recommended dosage (mine recommends 3 capsule per day) - I only take 2 per day and that's enough to balance me out, and no more muscle spasms.  When I do have a bout where the spasms occur and last more than a day or two, I up my intake to the recommended 3 capsules until I balance out again.  Typically those flare ups occur when I add new or extra activities that are short term (like my regular workouts and training, combined with extra seasonal yard work).

They definitely do help.  I think it would be better if we could get all the vitamins we need out of food, but most of us don't so I think it's important to take a daily multi-vitamin.

I take a multivitamin, plus I drink an acai juice 2 times a day.  The juice makes a big difference, I sleep better, my joints don't hurt /ache when I drink it regularly.  A few days off and I can really tell the difference.   I try to eat a balanced diet, but it doesn't always happen, this is just a little extra insurance.

I take hair vitamins daily. I just started a week ago, so I really don't know how good they work yet.

I take a multi vitamin along with vitamin C, calcium tab, and a cranberry tab every evening after supper.  I've just recently added fish oil tabs with my supper.  I think they prob all help some.  My doctor tells me to keep taking them.

I really don't feel a difference, but I take them anyway. I love my gummy vitamins.

I think pro-biotics help. They put good bacteria in your gut and that helps your immune system.Having a strong immune system is important fighting off infections etc.

Id rather build up my immune system then take vaccinations where they are putting germs in my body.Thats my take on it.I have a friend that got a pneumonia vaccination and a little while later couldnt breathe 1 night and wound up in hospital with pneumonia.

Just my opinion.

I don't take a multi vitamin I am not good at taking pills. However my doctor recommends vitamin D and B 12 Thankfully they are small and can be crushed. I have to admitt the Vitimin D really helps with my mood especialy when It isn't sunny :rose: :pumpkin: :peace:

I take vitamins because I don't eat healthy and I know I'm not getting all the nutrition I need from my food. So, yes they help as long as you're taking good quality vitamins.
