I saw this advertised on TV. I have a McDonald's near my job but haven't went to get any free coffee. When Chick fil A had it I went every morning. I guess it's because I like Chick fil A breakfast more than McDonal's.

About 2 weeks ago, my husband and I were out in the Christian Ministry with a couple of our friends.  We took a short break at McD's and enjoyed a free coffee. 

Today, my hubby and I stopped on our way to work and had our second free cup.  That is a very nice promo; thank you McD's.

I made the most of this offer and got free coffee nearly every day during the promotion. Not only is free a really good price, but the coffee at McDonalds tastes really good. There was just one exception I was a little disappointed with the free coffee and that was one evening at about 10pm. I drove off with my free coffee feeling really pleased with myself and then when I tasted it I realized it was all but cold. Part of me felt like going back to say something and the other part of me felt,.. come on, it's free!

I think that the free coffee promo from McDonald's was partly for "National Coffee Day" and also to  see if any of those people who usually head to the other places for their morning Joe could be convinced to give McDonald's brew a try.

Other stores also gave away free coffee on Monday, September 29,  National Coffee Day. To celebrate, national coffee retailers including McDonald's, Dunkin' Donuts, and Krispy Kreme are offering special deals. And that means free coffee.

I don't drink coffee...I went by the drive thru and saw the free coffee advertisement.  its nice...not very many things are free anymore.

I'm not a coffee drinker at all. I've always wondered how McDonalds can just give out free coffee like every other day.

I wish they would offer their ice coffee - too much to ask!  I love their vanilla ice coffee
