I've received this both after completing a survey (a long one  :-\ ) and for a DQ:

Market Research Survey
 Error
We're sorry, but you arrived here missing a required piece of information in your transfer URL. We were not able to process your survey completion/DQ.

I have my payment denied 3 times this month, I don't know what is up with the surveys lately. I sent a ticket but FC said they had no way of knowing why I was denied. It was always the TV ad commercials. I don't think I will even do them anymore.

I am getting the same error.

I think adm. is probably still working on these surveys. Let's hope once they are set up the right way they load up good for us.  :D

On some surveys before I even answer any questions, I get the following error:

We're sorry, but your responses indicate that you are not a qualified candidate for the survey. Please try a different survey or offer.

I've had this same message, not only on this site but on others too.  I think that there should be some kind of compensation when surveyors let you take the entire survey, getting the information YOU provide, and then simply say "Tuff, " in effect.  I bet there is a way there could be a message or code in the survey somewhere when they are "full," a "signal" long before the survey has been completed.

I hope this is not an ongoing problem because most of the offers that I complete are surveys and this would definitely put a cramp in my style.
