I get this message every time:
  Thank you very much for your interest in our surveys. Unfortunately you can’t participate in this study. Our records indicate that your ID has already been registered for this project and/or data inconsistencies have been identified regarding the profile data you’ve provided.

Are you a member of any other survey sites? That usually happens when you've already opened the survey on another site

I get that ALL the time from that company, and it's not because I've filled out a particular survey elsewhere.  I just don't think they're one of the more reliable survey companies out there.  If you go to a website like Survey Police and read the reviews and ratings, you'll see what I mean.

This has happened to me before. When I see this message, I attempt another survey until I finally get one completed.
