When it comes to certain things, I would say I am the main decision maker.  Things like purchasing groceries and other household items, meal making, cleaning, etc.  When it comes to bigger things, we share decision making.

As a single mom I am the main decision maker in our household. On some things I do get input from my son especially if it pertains to him. I like to give him a sense of taking some responsibility for choices he makes.

I guess I am the main decision maker in my house hold I am the only one who lives there.  My girlfriend lives somewhere else but she has been helping me with my bills and animal feed because I am still out of a job and I never know when some one will want me to do something for them and get paid.  I have been cutting wood for winter hoping I will get a buyer pretty soon.  My girlfriend isn't going to want to keep up to households so I better get off my but and start making money.  I am not old enough to retire I do have some medical problems but I don't think that it will qualify me for disability.  I guess it would hurt to try.

Well it depends on what it is.  My husband has the money but I pay all the bills because he doesn't understand how to do it.  I guess we decide on things together.  I make the decision on what groceries will be bought the same with animal feed.  But after paying the bills we don't have any money left over to do anything else, so we really don't have major decisions to make.  Now I wouldn't buy a car without him looking at it because even though he can't read or write he knows about cars and I can trust that he will know if it is a good deal or not.

Actually no. It is shared mainly. I make all the financial decisions and the electronics and all. But the girl friend makes other decisions.

I think it depends on the decision that needs to be made. If I am more of an expert then I make the decision, if my spouse has the experience then they make the decision. And when it comes to technology sometimes the kids have the expertise and we let them make the decision

Yes, I am the main everything in my house. It is very tiring to be the one in charge of everything.
