It's Called Consumer Opinion Institute. The website is http://consumeropinioninstitute.com  It was an offer on Fusion Cash...anyways check it out.

strange... right after reading this post the mailman delivered a white envelope fro Consumer OPINION Institute and inside was $5!!!! :thumbsup:  awesome stuff!

Wow. I need to go jump on this offer. I hope I haven't already signed up for the site--sounds like it might need to be for new people. I mean, yeah, $5 isn't huge, but...it's also free money without any effort, and you cannot beat that with a sharp stick.

OMG!! I got the same in the mail Friday!! I dont remember ever signing up for them but hey it was $5.00 in cash not check so I filled out the little survey it came with!! Maybe they will send more money :thumbsup:
