Do you like to sleep in a cold or hot bedroom?

  oh I way prefer to sleep in a cold bedroom rather then a hot bedroom!!  even in the dead of winter I will sleep with a fan on

Well, when it's hot out I like it cool (air conditioner on) but it never really gets down to where my wife and I like it (sort of around 65 degrees F).  The winter is much easier to deal with as it pretty much always gets down to at least 65 and often have to have the heat on to maintain that temperature.

I live in a cooler climate, but my body is naturally warmer. Of the two, I would prefer a slightly cooler bedroom, but my partner typically is the other way around and I never win these battles.

I like for my bedroom to be cool, not cold.  I sleep better and if I get too cold, I can wrap up with blankets.  I can't sleep if it is too hot.

Definitely Cold!    I cannot stand heat! I use to think I was related to the Snow Queen....Lol 
Anyways, I like the feel of cool, crisp sheets and the comfort of a comfy blanket. I would hate to wake up in sweat with my sheets all wet, gross!

i am hypothyroid and stay cold all the time..but i love a cold bedroom..that way i can get under the cover or get out from under it..if its hot i cant sleep good at all

I like for my bedroom to be a little bit on the cool side, but not freezing.

I like sleeping cold so I can wrap myself in a comforter... When its hot it usually is humid or hot to go to sleep

     Never in a hot room. Cold - I can handle it by adding thermal layers. A cool room is the best place to sleep.

I prefer the temperature to be cooler.  I set my programmable thermostat to stop heating an hour before I go to bed, so (at least in winter) the temperature gradually cools off 4-5 degrees, which tends to make me sleepy.  Then it's really easy for me to fall asleep when it's time for me to go to sleep.

I prefer to sleep in a cold bedroom.  I like to put lots of blankets on my bed and then cuddle up under them.  Then in the morning I don't want to get up as it's so nice and warm under the covers.

I like it warm with a crack of fresh air...but for the fuel bills though
