a couple issues

i just started using this site today. i've heard some pretty positive reviews so i'm excited to really get going with this. however, i have already encountered several issues in my first hour of using it. i have not recieved any credits although i completed 3 offers. i also haven't been credited with the 5.00 incentive to sign up. i am accepting all cookies and do not have any sort of pop up blocker. does it take a while to process and display my credits or am i just wasting my time here?
