Fax Identification Method For W-9 Form?

   I was not able to cash out at the end of August because they said I needed to fill out a W-9 form. For whatever reason, they could not verify my info, and said I needed to do a fax identification method instead. I sent in a support ticket. Has anyone else had this happen? If so, what is needed? Needless to say, I was very disappointed to not be able to cashout on
time.

I have the same problem. I opened one support ticket and they didn't answer my question about the fax method. I currently have an open support ticket now and waiting for the answer. I want to cash out as well

According to my records if they would have let me cashout out, I still would have been under the $600 for 2014!

It looks like you average around $70 per payment so are you sure this wouldn't put you at $600(starting with the December cashout you would've received in January) My payments are usually closer to $50 and I'm around $520 for the year

Is there any way you can just send them a W-9 in the mail? You can get the form on the IRS website. I had to do it on another site I'm with in August because I had reached $600 for the year.

Okay, I hope it gets taken care of soon. I will be watching my earnings for the year. I'm getting near the $500 mark.

I have never had this problem because I don't make enough to go over the $600 per year.  Wish I did make more money, but don't have enough time to devote to doing more things.

Fax ID Method sounds real confusing to me?  I can not even fogure out how to do a payment proof.   Though I have never made more than $600 a year at this or any site yet.    In 2014 I should not have to worry, if I do cash out every month, it is not much over $25

If Fusion Cash would have let me cashout for the month of August,2014 I still would have been under

That's close enough that they are probably just preparing on their end for taxes. You seem like you are going to hit the mark in September

I am still waiting for Fusion Cash to respond to my support ticket!!!!!!! If they need me to fax them a  W-9 form or a copy of my Drivers License, I am more then willing to do so!!! I don't understand what the hold up is I wish Fusion Cash had a phone number you could call to speak to someone regarding tax information.
