Are you scared of the lightning?

I'm afraid of the lightening but I love it, and when the thunder shakes the house I love it, I'm silly like that, but I love it....I love a good storm, I have to wind all the way down, so I can listen to the sounds, I get scared a bit but I still love it....this is a time to cut off all the light and everything else....quietness......

The lightning is beautiful. I love to watch it change it's shape and light up the sky. However, the thunder sometimes startles me if it's really loud. 

I've always loved storms. When I was a young girl, I would walk in the rain with my umbrella and sing as loud as I could. It was inspiring.

I still like to walk in the rain. I don't do the singing part anymore, though.
I'm afraid people will think I'm a little crazy. 

Unfortunately, it seems as though lately rainstorms have been getting too intense. They're not quite as special as before.

I wouldn't say that I'm scared of lightning, but I have a great respect for it.  It can do some major damage.  I do like to set on the porch and watch it in the distance.

Nope, and like I have always told my mother...I am not scared of my shadow either.  I just don't think life is hardly worth living if we live it scared.

Yes, I am very scared of lightning. It can get pretty intense, like with the past couple of storms we have had here.

No, I am not scared of lightening.  Nor am I scared of thunder.  It is just noise.  I don't want to be outside in the middle of a lightening storm but I am not scared of it.

My daughter last night, she was keep on looking at the window watching the lightning, keep telling me how scared she was with lightning. It was kind of funny because she keep doing it until the thunderstorm was gone.

I love storms. The smell of rain and the sound on the roof is so soothing.

I am not scared of lightning, just straight line winds and tornados, them I worry about
