Are you scared of the lightning?

I do not like to be outside if there is lightning close but otherwise I'm not all that frightened of it.

love thunder storms in the spring and summer,,,,   love the lightning  ( always careful )  will sit on my front porch in the storm just hear them !!!!1

Yes!! I am very afraid of lightning. I don't like it especially when I am on the road.

No but I hate when it knocks out the power

I am not afraid but I do respect it. My dog is gets very uneasy during a thunderstorm.....especially if we lose power.

It doesn't' scare me but but I can't help but react/jump sometimes if its close by.

The lightning that moves your house I hate. At first I usually think its thunder until I hear that loud crack like it hit the ground right outside my window

terrified no, sometimes it bothers me, especially if the storm is close and the lightning is striking close, then Im spooked by it

I think everyone should be afraid of it. Or what it does to you when all that volt zaps the life out of you. I have seen people first hand been killed by nature. If anyone who is not afraid of getting fried by it then they are crazy. The coroners have dealt with deaths by lightning in my area in some of the most rare occasions.

Well generally speaking yes- to be struck by it. But I think it's so beautiful to watch!

I have been always scared of lightning since I was a kid.

I have a very healthy respect for lightening. Will not go out side when it is near. Stay away from water., not get under trees. Dang sure will not take a shower, bath or do the dishes when it is close. Had a close friend get hit when she was taking a shower, it came  up the drain from outside. Thank God she lived. One day we were in the mountains in the truck and lightening hit so close to the passagers side i dang sit in the drivers lap it hit so close. Yep we came down off the mountain and got a motel instead of camping out.

I actually like lightning.  I find it very beautiful to watch and I often feel energetic during thunderstorms.  That being said, I do have a healthy respect for lightning and won't put myself in a position to be hit by it.

I was never scared of lightning. However my grandma used to be scared of the storm and she would hide in the bathroom. Now whenever I hear lightning or there is a storm it makes me think of her r.i.p grandma
