I have stopped trying to use RL. I was banned once, and
re-instated. RL asked me to follow a lot of "rules" to be
re-instated again, and I did not do it.
After reading comments on RL here at the Forum, I
decided to just not use it anymore.
You can still watch videos, to tasks. Do not
forget to read your every day email and do
paid to click.
Do you qualify for surveys? I do not, but if
you do, go for it.

Thanks for the info, I hadn't thought to look here, too much going on lately.
I got banned too, but they didn't say why, just requested personal info from me. I liked the change, it was working for me, at first. Then just before I got banned it stopped giving me captshas. It was a handy way to run up my total toward cash out time. I don't usually qualify for surveys, gave up on tasks so when the videos are low, or excluding me, I would turn to RL.

We understand your frustration in not being able to access RadioLoyalty. There are a number of different reasons our system may have detected your activity as suspicious. These reasons include, but are not limited to, having multiple players open at once, launching the player in a non-active window, and previous activity patterns that have been detected by the same advertisers, or adware that is present on your computer.
In order to attempt to correct these issues, we recommend the following steps:
1. Run adware or virus software on your computer to identify any issues. A good free one is available here:

3. When you launch the player, allow it to fully load before switching tabs or performing other tasks.

5. Ensure that you are not using any ad blocking addons or software.
We allow a one time reapplication to be granted access to RadioLoyalty. If you feel you have taken steps in correcting these issues, please reply to this email explaining what steps were taken. We will then consider you for readmission into the program. Please note that if you are flagged again, we will be unable to reconsider access to our platform.
