It is very disappointing to get a notice stating that the money I earned completed a survey has been rescinded.  That is so not fair.  I spent lots of time doing the survey.  Thanks for letting me vent!!

  sorry to hear that..try submitting a help ticket and see what they can do about it.. Try to specific as you can abput the survey you did maybe they can go ahead and give you credit

Submitting a help ticket will do not good.  FC can't do anything about it.  And they won't give you credit back.  The company doing the survey has final say.  If they revoke credit then you just lose that money.  And FC will not tell you specifically WHY the credit was revoked (assuming they know).

Sometimes depending on how you answer questions they may "think" you are lying because you may have answered a question worded differently in a different way.  Or you went thru the survey too quickly.

Been there done that. All you can do it suck it up and go on.

My suggestion to you and everyone else is that you fill out your survey profile accurately and truthfully.

Now, I'm not accusing you of doing this, but it's just something that I've encountered in the past. So many times have I seen users lose their survey credit because they answer untruthfully on their profile. For example, if you're not a smoker and you put that you are on your profile just so you can get smoking surveys, that's a waste of your time. The research companies will know from the way you answer questions that you're not a smoker.

At this point, FC can't really do anything to help you. They can only pay you if they get paid for your results. If the marketers invalidate your results, then FC doesn't get the payment and neither will you. Sorry.

I had one tell me I rushed thru the survey.  Actually, I did not.  I can read and comprehend and type rather quickly.  Anyway, later I am doing a survey and I swear in the middle it pops up a screen that says "this needs to be in a timely manner if you are no longer interested in participating x out of the survey"  lol.  Smh.

I was doing surveys yesterday and after a half hour of doing one survey I then got a notice that I wasn't eligible for it.  I felt like they took my answers and are going to use them but not pay me for it.

been there  many times.  i had one that i was at 90 %   done and then they decided that I was was not  qualified for it and it had taken almost 30 minutes to do it.     I don't this that is fair or right to take that survey away from you.  But they do and I guess we can't do anything abut it.  I have tried.
i have even had them come back and revoke my pay after several weeks,,,,   that isn't fair either  lol  but they can and they will

It is even more frustrating when the payment is revoked a month or two after you completed it... really, two months later you are going to decide I rushed through it? Ugh. At least it doesn't happen that often, although it didn't happen EVER in the past. This is new in the last 6 months or so for me

Unfortunately, that can happen, and there are a number of reasons why. Maybe you rushed through it too quickly, or maybe there were some answers that were inconsistent. I've had that happen to me, the most recent time being last month, before I received my payment. Even with that, it has very rarely happened. All you can do is move on and a support ticket won't help you as it is not FC's doing, but the survey company.

You know, I have never had these things happen...yet, but sometimes circumstances change....and quickly.  For example, I have had a Samsung smartphone for almost 3 years and my sister and brother-in-law, while vacationing with them, offered to buy me a new phone with a different carrier they liked and wanted a plan with.  As an incentive, they not only bought the phone for me, but are paying the first 6 mos of service.  How could I turn that down?  But my mobile stats changed overnight: I've had 2 phones for a bit now, but will soon have only one.  Different phone manufacturer, different plan, different carrier.  Also, I went from full-time employment to part-time to unemployed due to a health condition  and my accompanying income changed quickly too.  You know how surveyors always ask about income and employment.  Sometimes things just change regarding your situation!!!!!!!!!!!!!  No attempt to mislead involved.

This can be frustrating, especially after you cash out and then the money is deducted from your cash out request.

Again I say, thanks for letting me vent. As with some of the rest of you, I filled it out as honestly as possible.  I do continue to do the surveys because I believe that the good out-weighs the bad.
