This may upset some people.. but if I'm restricted for a video, I don't close the video box but I do go back to the video list and reclick the same video, then go back to already open video box and enter a different age or gender that it wants in order to qualify for the video. For the ones that want a male, I let my husband view it so it's technically not cheating.

I hate wasting the time clicking the drop downs and then you can't do the video :bad: They should not have restrictions on videos, instead if WE don't want to do them it should be our choice

Isnt it pretty ridiculous to be restricted from watching the oreo video because you are 60 years old.

I agree, it is silly and discriminatory. What I hate is that they do not drop off your video list once you have been disqualified.

The restrictions placed on some of these videos is pretty ridiculous. Just had one this morning for wine and it was restricted for me.....seriously? I'm nearly a half century old and I can't watch a video about wine?? Oh brother!!  ::)

Same thing happens to me....too old, too female???

Funny some of you should bring this up because I been meaning to also.  More and more I have been restricted from videos due to age and/or gender.  I don't know why this would be so.  If you have income to spend, why an advertiser would restrict is a mystery!  It is also very frustrating.  It has actually irritated me several times.  I actually feel like it is discriminatory, and that is a problem.
I find the restrictions on video to be very disturbing. Perhaps I'm not the demographic they are trying to reach, but just maybe I know people who are.  Maybe I want to subscribe to Microsoft Word 365 but how will I know if I can't watch the video.  Its discrimination.  Its offensive..

I couldn't agree more... I look at it like this: if they want to restrict us from viewing the product for whatever so called reason, I do not need to tell anyone about their so-called 'product' or purchase it period.

Exactly!! I like your idea! The advertisers certainly aren't getting more potential product purchases by restricting who can view the advertisements.  ::)

Yes way too many are restricted. Sometimes they resurface in another format and then work ??? Today nothing seems to be crediting or crediting is delayed....  Now that radio loyalty is also delayed and both videos and RL seem to be spotty it is really making the .05 cent restriction a real pain.  :confused1:

I agree, the Microsoft 365 one too. I think there has to be more to it...probably our location has to do something to do with it. :(

I'm having the same problem!  I've completed a couple of surveys and about 10 videos today and haven't received credit for any of them!

Yeah sometimes I just change my DOB and try different ones to see what works.  That's what most people on here do actually!  lol
