Captchas Not Working Correctly

Hello,

Captchas have not been working for me all of the sudden over the past 12 hours or so.  Videos on this website and others play fine.  When finishing an offer, the captcha only partially appears and is impossible to complete.  I have attached a couple pictures.  I have tried this on the latest versions of IE, Firefox and Chrome, and the same thing happens on each even when clicking on reload the frames to get a new one.  I tried restarting my computer, I have uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe Flash, updated Java and also uninstalled AVG Free 2014 and installed Avast! Free (was going to do this anyway before this happened).  I haven't changed any of the security settings on my computer or browsers that I'm aware of, but perhaps the issue lies in there.  I'm not sure.  This same problem happens on other similar sites like Swagbucks.  If anyone has any suggestions or corrected a similar problem, please let me know.  Thanks for your time.

This also happened to me and I contacted fusioncash to ask why.  I found out there was a program running in the background of my computer causing the problem.  The program running was Savingsbull.   It shows up every time I restart my computer, so I go to the task manger and disable it.

Hi Cathy, thanks for your reply.  I looked in my Task Manager and don't see that program in there.  For some reason now today, captchas are working on this site and others.  I didn't do anything differently that I know of, but now they are appearing correctly, so hopefully the problem is solved.  Thanks again for the reply.
