i walk swim and some sit ups but here lately it is hard for me to do being weak so i hope when i get done with the chemo i will be able to get back to normal

I do yoga, and I just started walking again.  I live in GA so I have to get up crazy early if I want to walk while it is not a million degrees outside (slight exaggeration lol).

I exercise by walking or jogging, and I use my elliptical machine as well as cutting my grass/or shoveling snow depending on the season

I just started getting back into shape about four months ago after a decade of abusing my body. I generally follow Bill Phillip's Body for Life book program. It takes about twelve weeks to complete but puts you in the best health of your life.  He even has testimonies from cancer patients.  In April I weighed in at two hundred and forty eight pounds.  This morning I weighed in at two hundred and seven pounds. You eat six meals six days a week...the seventh day is a cheat day where you can eat anything you want. I do a foty five minute weight work out on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays I do thirty minutes of cardio vascular work out.  Good luck with everything.

I do Bootcamp fitness at 5:00am every weekday.  Or at least that is what I shoot for.
I sometimes add an hour of walking after that.   I also try to eat 6 times a day every few hours to reset my metabolism.
It's a commitment, but it is definitely paying off.  Go Me!   :thumbsup:

jumping jacks, cherry pickers, but mostly I ride my skateboard, it gives me great excercise

I have started walking two times a day Monday through Friday and Saturday and Sunday are my house cleaning days. That is a work out in it's self.

I do general personal training and some yoga.  Lately I've been getting back to the basics - push-ups, sit-ups, jumping jacks.  Starting to do a little parkour leaping exercises for variety.

Walking it pretty much it for me.  I used to bike to get lunch, but then they moved my shift so I couldn't do that any more.  I need to get back into doing something but I just don't have the time at the moment.

I have been reduced to using a stationary bike and lifting free weights.  My preference is fitness walking.
