I need help and advice ASAP Please!!!

Okay, if any one on here is an HR manager or worked in HR or just anyone who can offer insight...

I have a job interview tomorrow for a job I really really want.  I am qualified and obviously they are interested or they would not have called me.

I have researched interview questions and reading all I can on "how to pass an interview".  It is a job in an office and would be great.

I am already nervous because it just makes me sick thinking about interviewing.  Been thru so many and it is like you are judged on everything by the way you look (which I cannot help lol) to the way your feet point when you are standing there or the way you hold your arms.  (This I have got from researching stupid stuff on the internet).

Just wanted to know if anyone has been in the position of hiring and if you could give me some tips that can put me over the top.

I know you are nervous and rightfully so, but you have to try and relax and be able to talk without stuttering and saying the wrong thing.  I think you will do great!

I get it, I'm lousy at interviews, that's why I freelance now.  I'll send you some Reiki.  I also suggest you go to a herb store or natural store that sells herbal remedies and get a bottle of Rescue Remedy.  Two drops under your tongue will take the edge off your nerves and can be repeated as needed.  Really, this works great and can be used on pets too.  Good luck.  You can do it.

I would say don't read all those garbage that tells you what you should be doing and what not.. You are thinking too much. Just be who you are and present yourself the way you feel it is right for you. Make sure you get a good night's rest and a good meal before you head out. I am confident 100% that when you do that and be yourself instead of trying to to do too much. You will be absolutely fine. Good luck!

Be yourself!!! Don't try and be fake and say what they want to hear. Reality is that if you get hired and suddenly you are a different person they will know how fake you were acting to begin with!!!

When I was interviewing I didnt care so much in them being experienced (everyone is trainable) as I was in their personality. I loved a person that just seemed smiley and bubbly so that they would fit in with the rest of the group. Good Luck!

When I went on Job interviews, I made sure I dressed for the occasion, I am female so I made sure my pants are not to tight and that my shirt covers my breast.  I have been told first impressions is important that's where the form an opinion at first sight.

Maintain good eye contact; don't let your eyes shift around the room or look down too much.  When you introduce yourself, offer a handshake with a healthy grip.  Smile but do not laugh nervously.  Answer questions honestly.  Your competence will be reflected in your resume-- it is important for your character and personality to come through favorably in an interview.  Good luck!
