Are you a daytime or nighttime person?

I am a daytime person.  I am much more productive during the day.  I relax more at night.  Have a great day!

I really don't know...It changes depending on my mood and the seasons.

Night person; unfortunately, I have a day job and my alarm goes off at 4:40 AM.  I set goals for making myself go to bed early but fail miserably.  It is a good thing I can get by on less sleep than most people; I have read that is not good for your health but I just cannot sleep 7 or 8 hours at a time-- usually about 4, maybe 6 hours maximum.  When I do go to sleep early I awaken in the middle of the night and am just drifting off again when the alarm goes off.

I'm definitely a night owl.  I like to sit up very late - usually I'm working on my laptop trying to make a little money here at Fusion Cash and a few other rewards sites.  Then I sleep longer in the morning.

I am more of a nighttime person. I like to sleep in and stay up late and I feel I'm more productive at night.

Also a night owl...  I can adjust my schedule but must get ample sleep to function in the morning.

I am a night person I sleep better during the day where I feel well rested.  I have a sleeping disorder and sometimes I stay up for days.  I don't know why I am that way but when I was younger I work in fast food places at night went to night school and as I got older I took a job where I would be working during the day but it was very difficult.  Now that I am disabled I would rather be sleeping during the day and get up in early evening and stay up all night.

Interesting that all the posts that "justify" their choice are from night people.  No one, before me, explained why they were a day person. Hmmm, why do we feel we need to justify "marching to the beat of a different drummer?' Variety is the spice of life.

Definitely daytime. I wake up early and go to bed around 10. I have a thing for the sun as an alarm clock. My body just works that way.

Most definitely, I am a nighttime person. I have worked second shift jobs most of my life, the most recent one being a 10-hour shift job where I worked until 2 am.

I was a night person but I got sick of the dark it took a lot to turn my sleep schedule around.. but now I have been getting up really early for quite awhile

Definitely a night person. I always have been, although every once in awhile it is nice to get up early and enjoy the sunrise.
